About the Role:Reporting to the General Manager, you will be tasked with providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making at all levels of the organisation. You will oversee all financial activities within Hutchwilco Group and subsidiary companies, playing a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring outstanding support for daily financial operations. Collaborate with the Board and Senior Leadership Team to drive strategic planning and financial excellence. Manage compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguard against commercial risks. Oversee financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and forecasts. Direct the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis to enhance business performance. Ensure robust tax compliance and manage the external audit process effectively. Promote continuous improvement in financial systems and processes to support growth. About You: Relevant Tertiary Education with a CA, CPA or equivalent. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role within the import and distribution sector. Proven leadership skills with experience in engaging Senior Leadership Teams and Advisory Boards. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial management principles.
