Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Head Gardener to join our village. You will have gardening or landscaping experience, but more important to us will be your genuine passion for creating great environments and love for all kinds of people from all walks of life.
This is a busy and diverse role, assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day garden maintenance activities. Therefore, you will need to be organised and efficient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in service.
You will also need to be a team player and able to manage your time well in order to complete all your tasks. You will also have the ability to work on a minimum of 80 hours per fortnight.
Qualifications: Relevant horticultural qualification
Gardening experience, post qualification
Demonstrated ability to physically deliver the range of gardening and landscaping work
Excellent interpersonal skills
Inclusive, participate and engaging work style
Ability to identify and resolve issues
High level of integrity, energy, and drive
Self-starter with initiative
Excellent time management
