About DediKate:
DediKate is an online fitness community for rural and regional women, busy mums, and those who don't have time for the gym. We proudly support over 2,300 members across New Zealand and Australia.
Our amazing Head Trainer, Caro, is taking maternity leave for six months, and we're searching for someone to step into her role!
Key Responsibilities:
Film 1-2 HIIT or Strength workouts each week (20-40 minutes each).
Review, provide feedback, and approve workout plans from our team of six trainers.
Lead the trainer team, keeping in regular contact, offering updates, feedback, and serving as the key point of contact.
Design and manage the trainer schedule.
Respond to exercise-related member emails.
Work closely with Kate on onboarding trainers, developing new workouts or challenges, and supporting other fitness-related aspects of the business.
Participate in the weekly core team planning meeting.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Qualified and experienced in group fitness.
A confident leader with excellent communication skills.
Passionate about women's health and aligned with Kate Ivey Fitness values.
Interested in exercise for peri to post-menopausal women.
(Note: You can live anywhere in NZ or Australia, with good Wifi!)
