Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:
Lead: drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to lifeCoach: provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team. You will be involved in hiring top talent, training, performance management, as well as succession and career planningDrive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potentialInspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!WHAT YOU BRING:
A passion for the Nike brandArea Management or Multi-Site experience from a large retail or hospitality environment, or experience leading large teams (40+ employees)The ability to build, lead and manage large, high-performing teamsStrong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsSound computer proficiencyWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
