We are looking for driven Chefs ready to take on leadership roles starting now to drive successful pre-opening plans.HEAD CHEFAs the Head Chef, you'll be heavily involved in a hands-on operation in a very busy and fast-paced state-of-the-art kitchen, fitted with the latest appliances.HEAD CHEF JOB OVERVIEWDevelop and maintain the menu and recipes for the establishment. Oversee and direct all aspects of the kitchen operation. Ensure that the quality of all food presented to customers meets establishment standards—providing maximum quality whilst containing labour and food costs.
