Job DescriptionManage the Italian kitchen of the hotel;Ensure the highest quality of food produced in line with Sofitel standards;Effectively control food cost by standard recipes, purchasing specs, menu costing, menu creation, etc.;Undertake daily food ordering following guidelines and procedures established by Executive Chef;Follow Hotel's Food Hygiene standards, H.A.C.C.P.QualificationsA minimum of 5 years related experience preferably in a luxury setting;Deep and clear understanding of Italian food history, tradition and culture;Able to create, develop & implement new recipes and menus;Mature, disciplined, committed & a flexible team player with high energy levels;Ability to lead and train a team with multi-cultural background;H.A.C.C.P. knowledge.Additional InformationEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor Hotels worldwide.
