The successful applicant will:
have a proven track record of reliability and consistency lead, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team to achieve excellence every service be passionate about local produce and food trends work with our Executive Chef to implement new menu concepts and regular specials ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes manage kitchen operations, including ordering and stock-taking to plan and manage food costs manage and maintain our Excellent rated FCP records online with Chomp foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative work environment We're proud to offer a competitive pay rate of $40 per hour for this position.
