Ilex Cafe and Events is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Mastery of modern cafe food and beverage trends
Experience in producing events for up to 250 guests, ranging from corporate canape breakfasts to lavish weddings and celebrations of significance
High level of financial literacy to manage budgets and cost control
Self-driven work ethic with a passion for excellence
Ability to manage and motivate a diverse kitchen team
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Exceptional culinary skills and creativity
Financial acumen and the ability to manage resources efficiently
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
