Location: PULLMAN AUCKLAND HOTEL & APARTMENTS, Auckland, New ZealandThe Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments is part of Accor Hotels and offers a unique experience to guests.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team.Your Role:Oversight of the restaurant kitchen operation, ensuring high-quality food standards, preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques meet Brand Standard guidelines.Effective management of food costs and budgets, promoting efficiency and profitability.Development of menus and dishes that showcase local produce and talent, exceeding guest expectations.Requirements:2+ years' experience leading a kitchen brigade, with a proven track record in delivering exceptional culinary experiences.Flexible availability, including late nights, public holidays, and weekends.Exceptional organisational and guest service delivery skills.A passion for the hospitality industry and a drive to deliver outstanding results.Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.This role is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of the Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments.
