About the Role:
As a Franchise Support Manager, your primary focus will be on practical, hands-on training for our lawn and garden franchisees. You will work closely with franchisees to help them develop the skills they need to succeed, from executing services to accurately quoting jobs. This role requires someone who is not only skilled in the technical aspects of lawn and garden care but also has the ability to connect with people and inspire them to reach their full potential.
Primary Responsibilities:
Hands-On Training:
Conduct practical, on-the-job training sessions in lawn and garden care, ensuring franchisees develop the necessary technical skills.
Guide franchisees on how to accurately quote jobs, teaching them the strategies needed to provide confident and competitive estimates.
Business Coaching and Support:
Provide support and coaching across various aspects of the business, including quoting and services.
Maintain regular, face-to-face communication with franchisees to address challenges and provide advice.
Performance Assessment:
Regularly assess the performance of franchisees, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance their growth and profitability.
Ensure that all franchise operations adhere to brand standards and comply with industry regulations.
Relationship Building:
Foster strong, positive relationships with franchisees, encouraging a collaborative and supportive community.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the franchise network.
