We have a structured mentoring programme for all new staff which includes regular teaching and supervision with our senior hand therapists. We also provide the necessary support to help you achieve registration with Hand Therapy New Zealand. We have regular in-service training with visiting speakers, and always encourage therapists to share their skills and experience with the team.
