We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Health & Safety / ISO Document Control Administrator to join our team and manage all documentation in our Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&SMS.)
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate H&S documentation, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international standards.Input, organise, and retrieve documents efficiently using document management tools.Generate reports, dashboards, and metrics to track H&S compliance and performance.Ensure the version control of OH&S documents is accurately maintained as per company standards.Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams to support a safe and positive work environment.Assist in training staff in document control procedures and compliance with H&S regulations.About You You are an organised and detail-oriented professional.
You have a strong understanding of OH&S systems and standards, along with proficiency in document management tools.
Your excellent organisational skills help you manage multiple projects effectively, while your communication skills ensure smooth collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
With a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, you ensure compliance with all documentation.
A proactive self-starter, you excel at problem-solving and work independently while contributing positively to the team.
Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field is preferable.Proficiency in document management tools and data entry systems.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Experience in training staff in document control and H&S compliance.What we offer Competitive remuneration  Overtime rates (time and a half paid for hours worked over 40 per week) How to apply: Please apply using the 'Quick apply' button now.
