Guest Services Representative (Full Time) - Horizon by SkyCity A bit about the team SkyCity Hotels Group is committed to delivering the best standards of service and product knowledge. The doors to our stunning new 5 star hotel, Horizon by SkyCity, are now open. The addition of this luxurious hotel brings the total number of hotel rooms across our SkyCity Auckland precinct to nearly 1000 (including The Grand by SkyCity and SkyCity Hotel). The hotel is directly connected to the NZ International Convention Centre and the SkyCity precinct via air bridges over Hobson Street. The property is truly stunning, and working in the hotel is a team of fantastic individuals who have worked hard to bring it to life and are now enjoying welcoming our guests. A bit about the role As a Guest Services Representative, you'll play a big part in ensuring that our hotel guests have the best time during their stay with us. You're one of their first and last points of contact when they check in and check out. Your responsibilities include providing front desk services to guests, processing guest payments, and acting as a source of information on various matters. A bit about you You'll be someone who is approachable and has great customer service skills. This will shine when you're greeting our guests at check-in, helping them during their stay, and wishing them goodbye at check-out. You're likely to be sales-minded, where you'll up-sell/cross-sell additional SkyCity offerings. This role also involves some administration work, so you'll know your way around a computer.
