Qualifications for Guest Services Associate:

Candidate must have high school diploma.

It must have previous experience in customer service and hotel management software.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in English knowledge of other languages can be an asset.

Responsibilities for Guest Services Associate:

Candidate is responsible to assist with the check-in and check-out process and ensure a smooth and effective experience.

It must have ability to provide high level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Maintain the front desk area ensuring it is clean and organized.

Communicate with other departments including housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, to fulfil guest requests and ensure a seamless guest experience.
