Job Description
Use your charisma, love for Aotearoa, and contagious personality to create an unforgettable guest experience from the very first encounter
Ensure guests feel welcomed and valued, leaving them with a sense of "until we meet again" rather than a simple goodbye
Provide passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to both external and internal guests at all times
Accurately and promptly check guests in and out of Pullman Auckland Airport, ensuring a smooth experience
Brief our non-Accor ALL members on the features and benefits of the loyalty program and assist them in signing up
Join our passionate Front Office team, contributing to a top-notch guest experience with your enthusiasm and dedication
Qualifications
You will be:
Experienced in a Front Office or Reception role in a medium to large Hotel is preferred, but not essential
A self-assured, sociable individual with an approachable demeanor, capable of establishing connections wherever you go
Excellent at time management with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to collaborate effectively with the team while thriving in a fast-paced environment
A professional with an abundance of energy, drive, and passion. You are able to work independently and demonstrate initiative
