Quest Rockingham is a 4.5-star apartment-style hotel offering 96 serviced apartments, providing 4-star premier accommodation for both business and leisure travellers in the Rockingham region. Situated on Flinders Lane, it's just a short walk from the Rockingham Foreshore, featuring award-winning restaurants, cafes, and one of WA's top swimming beaches. The property is conveniently located 15 minutes from HMAS Stirling naval base and the Kwinana industrial area, and only 10 minutes from Penguin Island, where guests can enjoy close encounters with penguins, seals, and the opportunity to swim with dolphins.
At Quest Rockingham, we're on the lookout for a new Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team on a casual basis, working 15-20 hours per week across morning, mid, and evening shifts.
The Role:
You'll play a key role in creating seamless and memorable stays by delivering friendly, personalized service, managing accommodation inquiries, and promoting our business to boost sales. From processing reservations and capturing accurate data to assisting both corporate and leisure guests with check-ins, explaining hotel amenities, and handling check-outs, you'll ensure the reception desk operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts.
