Great public transport will make your commute a breeze.About the roleReporting to our Front Office Manager, the Guest Service Agent role will place great focus on anticipating and meeting the desires and needs of our QT guests whilst maintaining high standards of service. Providing all of our guests with a warm, welcoming and personable experience throughout their stay.Key Responsibilities:Check guests in and out with efficiency and friendliness and in accordance with the established Hotel procedural guidelines.Communicate any guest requests to the appropriate department(s) and follow up to make certain the request has been fulfilled in accordance with the guest's wishes.Process daily guest transactions and accounts accurately and efficiently.Be fully conversant with information on the area as a destination, the services available at and through the hotel and any special events taking place in the area.Skills & ExperienceA Full New Zealand Driver's License.Previous experience in a similar role.Working knowledge of Opera PMS.A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.Strong interpersonal skills.Unfortunately, overseas applications will not be taken further to next steps as this role is not available to support any work permit. #J-18808-Ljbffr
