As a Guest Service Agent , you'll be the friendly face and helpful hand that ensures our guests' experiences are smooth, enjoyable and truly memorable. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about hospitality and ready to create exceptional moments for our guests.
Explore your journey ahead
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
Handle guest bookings, provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
Accurately process guest transactions and provide personalised attention to all our guests, including IHG One Reward members and VIPs.
Anticipate guest needs, address their requests, questions and concerns with professionalism.
Collaborate with other departments to optimise guest experience and preferences.
What we need from you
Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment, preferably in the same or similar role.
Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you'll be easy to talk to.
Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with great memories.
Fluency in English is a must - extra language skills would be great, but not essential.
Flexibility - evening, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job.
