Front Office & Guest Services (Hospitality & Tourism) Full time Christchurch City Hotel is a newly built hotel located in the central city.
We have opportunities for Front Office professionals seeking to be a part of our close-knit team.
We are seeking team members who have an enthusiastic attitude to work in the hospitality industry with a keen eye for detail.
Although previous experience is preferred, we do value your passion to deliver amazing guest experiences.
Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years experience in a Front Office environment.
Knowledge of SIHOT PMS will be advantageous.
Prior reservations experience required.
Tasks & Responsibilities Oversee daily operations for maintenance, housekeeping, and front office.
Ensure all processes are carried out efficiently and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Provide outstanding guest service in accordance with company policies.
Motivate and maintain good relations with team members.
Cross-train in F&B at our rooftop restaurant & bar, The One.
