We are now looking for a Guest Relations Executive to add to our "professional, caring and friendly" team, someone with an eye for detail who loves to make guests' stay a memorable one. What will you be doing? Be the key person within the Hotel with key VIP guests Manage and escalate customer disputes or queries as required Pass on feedback from guests to our front office staff Recognise repeat guests and VIPs by meeting and greeting, gifts, cards Monitor customer feedback on Trip Advisor and Market Matrix Liaise with the Concierge and Front Office teams to ensure the best guest experience What do you need to be successful in this role?
