Previous experience within a similar hotel position is desirable, but not essentialNo experience or qualfications required (NZQF Level 1 qualification, or ANZSCO Skill Level 5 is desirable but not required)Fluency in English (written and verbal)Genuine passion for customer service and the local areaExcellent communicator with strong interpersonal skillsEnthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individualImmaculate presentation and professional grooming standardsHigh levels of computer literacyPrevious experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc) advantageousHave the ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplaceAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.
