The Role: This role plays a vital role in the success of Red Badge by leading and motivating a highly engaged team of operations managers and support staff to drive business growth. The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue, monitoring and analysing performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, and providing ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a team of operational managers and supervisors
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
Establish and maintain outstanding stakeholder relationships with all customers and staff to enable the delivery of all services.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members
Constructively challenge current thinking and practice, offering new ideas, alternatives or improvements to existing services and approaches.
Monitor and analyse branch performance and adjust strategies as needed
Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations
Role Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in management roles
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team that is engaged and results driven.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding budgets
Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong business and financial acumen
