About the Role Be the first point of contact with our frontline staff – including communications around unforeseen absences & general work-related queries Scheduling staff rosters, both for future requirements & at short notice, to meet client requirements Use of specialist workforce & rostering software Motivate, engage and develop our frontline teams, ensuring standard processes are being followed by all staff members Ensure accurate service delivery by the team to our clients and monitor contract KPIs Ensure you are a visible frontline support network to our team and regularly visit client sites delivering service excellence Bring a level of forward-thinking and initiative towards identifying and solving issues before they become more significant problems Ensure you are a positive leader within the Red Badge Team to maintain our status as New Zealand's premier customer service-focused security and events business Constructively challenge current thinking and practice, offering new ideas, alternatives or improvements to existing products, services and approaches. About you Previous track record in coordinating staff, logistics, production planning or supply chain – is preferred but not essential Some experience in a security &/ or similar industry is advantageous. Have a Green COA Security License is desirable however, we can help you obtain one! Full clean New Zealand driving license.
