About The Role: This is a new position created with Council's focus on ensuring that the organisation is fit for the future as a customer-focussed organisation ready to address the exciting challenges and opportunities ahead for the District.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the incumbent will lead a team of specialists responsible for leading the strategic and operational functions of the community and recreation, regulatory services and building control divisions.

Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing customer-focused teams dedicated to achieving positive results for the community.
