In this pivotal role, you will: Provide strategic leadership to develop long-term infrastructure plans that align with the community's aspirations and lead transformation initiatives to address infrastructure challenges. Use your great communication skills to collaborate effectively with elected members, community groups, and other stakeholders. Manage and develop a high-performing team, ensuring the effective delivery of infrastructure services. Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for the Assets and Infrastructure Group. We're looking for a leader with: At least 5 years of experience leading multiple services, including infrastructure, land transport, utilities, and consents. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement long-term strategies. Experience leading transformation initiatives and collaborating across teams. Proven ability to lead, manage, and delegate effectively. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. A passion for serving the community and understanding their needs.
