We offer the following benefits to our colleagues so they feel valued each day at work:Leading training and development programProfessional environment where your career path really matters and is supported in our global organisationGreat team environment with energetic and supportive colleaguesGenuine work life balance and flexible working arrangementsHealth Insurance subsidy for you and your familyWe will count on you to:Manage a portfolio of allocated corporate employee health and benefits clientsManage all aspects of large strategic accounts autonomouslyProvide high quality customer service, claims advocacy and advice to all stakeholdersActively develop and generate new and expanded business opportunitiesTake accountability for the timely and accurate production, processing and delivery of client related materials and documentationDay-to-day this might include:Client interactions including calls, in-person presentations and meetings with C-Suite and Heads of HRProviding high quality customer service, claims advocacy and adviceBuilding strong relationships with all stakeholders, including internal (general brokers, management, global colleague network) and external (clients, claims administrators, and underwriters) customers to deliver exceptional outcomesExpertly managing account queriesDeveloping a thorough understanding of client needs and the products and services we offerProcessing claimsRegularly attending industry events and trainingMay be some travel regionallyRequired skills and experience:New Zealand Certificate in Financial Advice (Level 5) or working towards itExperience managing corporate employee health and benefits clientsDemonstrative experience proactively identifying new opportunitiesAll facets of People Risk Insurance experience, including Employee Health and BenefitsProven track record validating successful claims outcomesProven success placing People Risk products with Heads of HR and C-Suite executivesThorough understanding of People Risk account queriesIn-depth knowledge of People Risk complianceUnderstanding compliance within the Financial Regulatory SystemAbility to adapt and learn new subject matter rapidlyStrong negotiation, presentation and people skillsSelf-motivation to work autonomously while being part of a wider teamAre you Ready to Join?Applications can be considered from candidates who have the appropriate approval to work in New Zealand.
