Fitness & Personal Training (Sport & Recreation)Are you an ambitious, energetic, and charismatic fitness professional looking to lead an exceptional team? We're seeking a highly motivated Studio Manager who is all about community and team culture, to join our brand new BFT Warkworth studio.You will play a pivotal role in coaching high-energy BFT training sessions, guiding our members in the use of our state of the art heart rate technology, managing a team of personal trainers, and delivering an unparalleled fitness experience to our growing community. Our trainers ensure our members perform perfect technique, stay in the correct heart rate zone and see great results towards their health and fitness goals.Working closely with the Studio Owners you will be instrumental in fostering member engagement, retaining our loyal community, and welcoming new members.The ideal candidate will possess:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsA willingness to grow and cultivate a thriving studio culture using their ability to motivate and inspireExperience leading and training a team of fitness professionalsStrong organizational skills and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environmentA commitment to continuous learning and training in the BFT culture and training disciplinesPersonal Trainer Level 4 certificate as a minimum qualificationProven personal training or group training experienceCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationsPossess strong, proven relationship-building skills and empathy for all client levelsYour responsibilities will include:Collaborating with the Management team to set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goalsAchieve and exceed new membership targets, driving membership growthLeading high-intensity BFT training sessions, ensuring proper exercise form and member safetyAssisting in the training and managing of the head trainer and part-time trainers using BFT methodologyMaintaining a clean, organized, and tidy studio environmentAssisting with member consultations and fitness assessmentsNetworking with local businesses to establish reciprocal business opportunities and seek to be engaged in local community eventsDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providersFollow up leads, trials and referrals and book appointments using a proven sales processCome join the BFT Warkworth team and be part of the only BFT studio in the Warkworth region.
