The opportunity
The Group Financial Controller will lead the Group finance team in delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis, financial control and risk management, financial compliance and other financial business advisory services across the Group and strive to continuously improve the financial processes and standard operating procedures for all financial services across the Group.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Responsible for all statutory reporting, group accounting and board reporting responsibilities Lead, coach and motivate a group finance team of 15 Provide financial analysis, insight, advice and support to the CFO and executive team Oversee the group internal controls framework and ensure effective treasury and cash management for the group Manage tax compliance for the group and the relationship with external tax advisors Lead annual budgeting and forecasting process for PPML and staff costs People cost modelling and compile annual remuneration report data A host of other responsibilities across ESG, capital management and corporate finance. Your profile
CA/CPA or equivalent qualified finance professional with a strong technical accounting background, ideally in a listed environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven experience in leading and coaching sizeable finance teams Strong financial modelling capabilities
