Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Group Finance Manager to join their finance team. This pivotal role will support business strategy by providing expert financial insights, data analytics, modelling, forecasting, and budgeting, all aimed at driving continuous improvement and supporting business growth.Key responsibilities include:Leading, mentoring and supporting the accounts teamPreparing and coordinating month & year end accountsGroup accounting, systems and process review and recommendationRegular management reporting as well as ad hoc projects and analysisPreparing budget and forecastsModelling and driving improvementsSkills and Experience:Relevant qualifications and experience in CA / Commercial operationsMinimum 4 years' experience in a similar roleProven experience across financial and management accountingStrong leadership skills and communication
