Group Finance Manager

Newly Created Role Fast Paced & Growing Business Broad & Varied Position This successful corporate business with its Head Office based in Christchurch, currently has an opportunity for a Group Finance Manager to join their team. The Group Finance Manager will report directly to the Head of Finance and will manage two highly competent Accountants. The role will be responsible for ensuring the Group financial reporting requirements are met, as well as supporting the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis with budgeting, forecasting and business partnering. This is a role you can really make your own and where you can gain exposure to a wide range of high-level financial tasks. The Group Finance Manager will also work directly with the CFO on investor presentations, treasury tasks and leading the Group insurance renewal process. We would like to hear from candidates who are fully CA qualified, who ideally began their training in audit and then progressed through to senior commercial accounting roles in larger businesses. This role would suit someone who has had exposure to global operations in a complex business. You will enjoy a fast-paced environment and will thrive on the buzz of working for a company in growth mode.
