Group Finance Manager

As Group Finance Manager you will report directly to the Group Managing Director and play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the financial strategy of the business. We pride ourselves on nurturing a collaborative and supportive environment as we all work in the same direction to achieve our objectives.The roleResponsible for full financial function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, banking, annual accounts and audit.Lead, mentor and grow a small talented finance teamFinancial analysis to monitor trends, provide insights and guide strategy.Assessing financial risks and opportunitiesCollaboratively setting financial goals and tracking progress Provide financial leadership and support across other functions of the businessMember of the Executive Team which discuss, guide and implement business strategyNew Zealand recognized qualification as a chartered Accountant or equivalentProven experience in a senior finance roleProven commercial experience and people leadership skillsSound knowledge of accounting practices and policies as well as excellent skills in data analytics.Strong computer literacy, particularly in ExcelOrganised, can meet deadlines, proactive, uses initiative and good communication skillsHands on approachHold full working rights for New Zealand and be based in ChristchurchIf this role sounds like you, please submit your application by clicking the "Apply" button above.
