The overarching objective is to achieve significant and sustainable business growth and profitability, building market share in both W&F's existing established markets, as well as high growth international markets.About the RoleThe Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for leading the organisation's strategic direction, providing comprehensive Global and Local leadership to the Group and driving growth.
