Supported by an Accounting Manager and a small finance team, you will still be involved in the monthly accounting and reporting routines, but the focus will be on the further development of processes and systems to support the business growth; leading the budgeting, financial planning & forecasting and then ensuring the business performance analysis and the statutory reporting is delivered to agreed timelines. As the company looks to capitalise on those new growth opportunities, there will also be plenty of involvement working with the operations teams, as well other projects to keep you busy.We view this position as an ideal opportunity for candidates who have established themselves in other senior finance roles to take that next step and then further develop as part of the company's future succession planning.
