This role would suit someone who is motivated, has great leadership skills, attention to detail, and is willing to work as part of a team as well as independently at times. This role is suited for those who have experience in a supermarket as a supervisor or similar.Successful applicants will demonstrate:Supermarket experience as a Grocery Supervisor is desiredAbility to keep the store standards to a high qualityAbility to work under pressure and within time constraintsStrong organisational skillsExcellent communication, leadership, and the ability to work in a teamA positive attitude towards customer servicePhysically fit, as this role is physically demanding and may require lifting up to 15kgReliability and flexibilityAdherence to health and safety practicesThis is a full-time role which will involve weekends and some weeknight shifts. The shifts will have late night finishes at 12am.
