PAK'nSAVE Hastings has an exciting opportunity within their Dry Goods Leadership team as a Grocery Supervisor!
A dynamic and fast paced role, responsible for operations of Grocery and Trolleys sections.
This role exists essentially to ensure these areas are fully stocked and presentable, to make sure our loyal customers receive the best shopping experience in the Bay right from store opening at 7am!
The positions and hours are as follows: Sunday to Thursday 11:30 am - 9:00 pm (45 hours per week) Under the direction of the Grocery Manager and Grocery Assistant Manager, this position will see you responsiblefor ensuring there is full range of products available for our customers to shop, ensuring price integrity with all Grocery lines, training of new staff members and helping to run the team with efficiency and accuracy.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Motivating, coaching and supporting the Grocery team, ensuring that best practice policies and operational procedures are followed at all times Effectively ensuring that all departments are stocked throughout the morning and FIFO and stock rotation procedures are adhered to Ensure all team members receive an appropriate induction / orientation to the department and receive appropriate ongoing training support.
Train the team members as required.
