Grocery Operations Team LeaderTamatea PAK'nSAVE is currently seeking motivated and reliable go-getters to join our team! These are full time, permanent positions working as a Grocery Team Leader.
The Role; As a Grocery Operations Team Leader, you will be working across a busy, high-volume department. You will be responsible for facilitating stock replenishment across the department. This role will involve leading a team in the morning or evening to ensure our shelves are replenished throughout the day. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, ensuring stock is rotated, and that team members are adhering to our H&S and Food safety requirements.
We have multiple rosters available, these will be discussed with applicants when we contact you.
Responsibilities include: Training and leading a high performing teamLiaising with inwards goods and Management to ensure objectives are metIdentifying items through the daily Out of Stock report that require immediate replenishmentMaintaining the placement of stock within the storeTaking the lead to ensure all team members follow store policies and proceduresABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who is reliable, has commitment and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn.
You must also:
Be confident in providing clear and consistent direction to team membersBe approachable for both customers and team membersBe passionate in providing consistently high levels of customer service.Have great attention to detail and a good command of written/spoken EnglishBe physically able to carry out manual handling of product at different levelsAble to pass a pre-employment drug testAble to show you have rights to work in New ZealandABOUT US PAK'nSAVE Tamatea is a pretty big business on its own, never mind being part of the Foodstuffs Cooperative.
