We're looking for an experienced graphic and online designer to maintain and enhance our brand's visual identity across various platforms.

The role As a Graphic & Online Designer at Antipodes Nature, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our brand's visual identity across various platforms.
You will work on diverse projects while adhering to established brand guidelines, templates, and overall styling.
Reporting to our highly experienced Design Lead, you will collaborate with a supportive team that includes a creative director, writer, photographer, and social media strategists.
Your primary responsibility will be to create and produce a wide array of content, leveraging our extensive library of assets to support you as you transition into your new role.
This is a full-time role, based onsite Monday-Friday from our Wellington HQ.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Graphic Design Figma Expertise: Utilise Figma to create compelling visuals, manage asset libraries, and develop design components.
Adobe Suite Proficiency: Demonstrate strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for various design projects.
Email Design: Design engaging email campaigns (EDMs) tailored to our French, English, and ANZ markets, adhering to existing templates.
Advertising Materials: Create eye-catching graphics for paid advertising campaigns, including promotions like our '3 for 2' offer and other marketing initiatives.
General Graphic Design: Produce a variety of materials, such as brochures, infographics, and promotional graphics, with a strong emphasis on typographic styling and branding.
High-Level Photoshop Editing: Execute advanced photo editing tasks, including packaging mock-ups and retouching.
Website Design Layout Development: Design layouts for our website, which utilises pre-developed blocks, focusing on asset selection, content creation, and infographic development for our Chinese, Japanese, ANZ, and French markets.
Project Management Contribute to project execution within the design area, effectively managing tasks using Monday.com and providing regular updates to your team leader.
DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL Content creation Work with our social team to create engaging content for TikTok and reels.
It would be great if you are comfortable being in front of the camera and happy to front social content.
Record and edit video content featuring our CEO, customer testimonials, and product reviews, ensuring a polished and professional final product.
Handle post-production editing of videos for TikTok and other social media platforms.
Photography You'd have full use of the company photography studio with all the equipment required for various shoots, such as product shots, texture swipes and lifestyle shots.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Education: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of design or Mac operator experience.
Software Proficiency: Proven expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Asset Management: Strong knowledge of Figma and asset library management.
Digital Savvy: Mobile-first mindset with a solid understanding of digital design principles.
