In this role, the primary responsibilities of the Graphic Designer will be supporting the retail brands including creative across eDMs, web banners, web pages, digital adverts, flyers, posters, signage, banners, brochures, press adverts, business cards, presentations, and any other marketing activities.
Design: Design and distribution of digital and print marketing to the reseller and customers.
Assist with maintaining the integrity of relevant data in CRM and websites.
Take jobs from start to finish and follow processes correctly.
Design and create web banners, landing pages, online registration forms, confirmation emails, calendar ICS files, and reminder eDMs.
Get mailing list from CRM, filter/clean-up/sort spreadsheet to ensure it's the correct contacts and simple for Sales to review.
Post distribution: Get reports, sort/filter/analyse/summarise report so it's simple for Sales to review.
Interpreting concepts, design and produce artwork in line with a consistent visual brand, set up, and produce correct output files for print and digital requirements.
Produce quality, professional artwork, design solutions and/or creative concepts that communicate effectively across print and online media using Adobe CC and Microsoft Office.
Create new designs and graphics; customise/adapt existing creatives and templates; image sourcing, colour retouching and image manipulation where appropriate; photographing product images as required.
Work with the Sales Manager and in collaboration with the marketing team to develop visual brand and clear brand guidelines. Build on existing visual brand by creating brand elements where appropriate (design from new or adapt existing graphics). Assist in maintaining brand standards where appropriate.
Assist with ongoing website design review (visual and user experience) and improvements.
Marketing: Write/edit copy to effectively communicate message and proofread to ensure accuracy (e.g. marketing collateral, website, and can include press releases, news articles, etc).
Minor research as required to better understand products and solutions so to be more effective in promoting offers.
Assess and suggest how to best market and communicate offers.
Assist to increase the effectiveness and engagement of marketing efforts (e.g. measuring, reporting and analysis of metrics).
Provide accurate summary and reports on marketing efforts (e.g. eDM reports).
Active interest in who the target audiences are and their behaviour, drivers, interests, etc., and effective ways and channels to reach them.
Admin & Coordination: Assist in the development and maintenance of a well-organised, up-to-date digital filing system with all required assets and files across all relevant platforms (e.g. shared drive, website, email marketing system, and intranet); includes folder and file naming convention.
Assist with organising collateral for events (e.g. roadshows, tradeshows, conferences, etc.), such as printing existing flyers, coordinating signage/banners/displayers, collating attendee packs, print name badges, and any other assistance required.
Be effective when working on multiple campaigns at the same time and manage multiple streams of work concurrently.
Set priorities/tasks, manage stakeholders and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
Assist in ensuring integrity of relevant CRM data and facilitation of data cleansing as needed.
