We are seeking a talented and dedicated Italian Pizza Chef to join our team at A Modo Mio. As a Pizza Chef, you'll craft authentic, handcrafted pizzas using traditional Italian techniques and high-quality ingredients. Your expertise in pizza preparation, creativity in developing new recipes, and commitment to the highest food quality standards will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pizzas to perfection, following established recipes and techniques.
Create innovative recipes and menu, including seasonal and specialty offerings.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and utilized efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a pizza chef or similar role in a high-quality restaurant.
Strong knowledge of Italian pizza-making techniques and ingredients.
