About the role: We seek the fresh, talented perspective of a Graphic Designer to create engaging graphics for a variety of media. You will have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate creative and strategic foundations into design outputs. You will work along established design leaders who will encourage and support you to develop your craft and give you room to make an impact. This is a role where the sky is the limit. However, we are seeking a self-starting creative that is happy to have a red-hot crack, take responsibility, and look to push boundaries to create exceptional outcomes for our clients and our own organisation. You will be responsible for: Producing graphic design outputs for a range of clients, projects and contribute to a newly established and fast-growing design team. Creating environmental graphics and wayfinding concept packages and assisting with client work. Assisting in the creation of advertising and promotional materials for WAM. Assisting in the development and update of our print and digital collateral. Assisting in and executing updates to the website and social media channels. Curating and art directing major Warren and Mahoney brand assets such as photography and videography. Skills required: Relevant tertiary qualification in graphic or communication design. 3 - 5 years relevant experience with studio / agency experience highly desirable. Advanced skills using the full Adobe Creative Suite. Proficient in InDesign and Illustrator. After Effects, Premier Pro or 3D graphics capability desirable but not essential. Showcases strong creative ambition and eagerness to be involved in significant projects. A willingness to learn, engage, banter and hustle. Don't meet every single requirement?
