With a growing client base and a strong emphasis on advertising strategies to hit the talent shortage, we are expanding our team. We are looking for an experienced, highly creative individual to work on client campaigns across mostly digital channels. Your goal will be to create impactful, innovative and effective advertising that generates applications for our clients. This is a role where you can think outside the box and deliver concepts that would give Tina from Turners a run for her money. Being the leader in recruitment marketing means our day-to-day is fast-paced and lively, so if you are a person who likes to stay busy, then we'd be a perfect match! You will need strong design skills utilising the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Adobe Express - we are not on the lookout for a Canva aficionado ! We're on the hunt for real creative talent. Ideally, you have a few years of experience under your belt already, but if you can demonstrate tenacity, raw talent, and ambition we will consider all levels of experience. We are PC-based so experience using a PC is critical. Here's a quick snapshot of what your days will involve Production of creative for all Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google campaigns, for both client and internal marketing Production of all recruitment videos, for both clients and internal marketing requirements Assist Account Managers in providing artwork for newspaper advertisements Design all software development concepts, working in conjunction with the Managing Director to create innovative technology, ready for our programming team About you Your friends would describe you as a person who loves to live life in the fast lane, you thrive when you have a full plate of things to do and would be THE person they would want around if they needed to solve a problem.
