This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about talent acquisition.The role will work closely with Recruitment Consultants supporting them in day-to-day activities and involve:Responding to candidate applications online and by phoneInterviewing and assessing candidate suitabilityCarrying out reference checks and testingUtilising our internal database and online sources for suitable candidatesWriting up candidate profiles and briefsAttending client meetings and assisting with job briefsFormatting CV's and uploading information on to internal systemsKey attributes required include:Degree qualified (Ideally in Marketing, Business/Commerce, Human Resources or Psychology)Genuine interest in businessCustomer service and relationship building skillsAccuracy and attention to detail An urgent and energetic approach to meeting KPI's and timelinesThe ability to get outside your comfort zoneIntuitive, practical and a good judge of characterResilient and pragmatic with genuine commercial acumenPlenty of training is given and the environment is open plan and supportive.
