Graduate - ManagementVerkerks is a family-owned and Christchurch-based NZ company that has been producing quality salami for over three generations.We are inviting applications from graduates of any discipline for a rare and unparalleled opportunity to begin their management career as a Graduate in our NZ-owned FMCG business.From day one, you will be immersed in the end-to-end processes of the business, gaining exposure to each business function from Marketing to Operations, building a detailed understanding of what we do.
Using that understanding, you will be delegated a range of projects and tasks that will be both challenging and rewarding, thereby developing your general management skills whilst you make a meaningful contribution to our business.Our selection of the successful candidate will reflect our belief that our Managers are not "imported" from outside, but grown over time from within our company.
