We have pioneered numerous technologies since being established as Fuji Xerox in 1962, with a solutions portfolio that today includes world-class multifunction printers, production printers, managed IT solutions, and AI process automation services.About the roleWe have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and high-performing individual to join our in-house Legal team.Reporting to the Head of Legal & Risk, the position of Legal Counsel is responsible for providing legal support to the Legal team while delivering expert legal advice to the wider business and ensuring all risks are assessed and minimized. This position is ideally suited for someone with a can-do and customer-focused attitude who can demonstrate a proactive, pragmatic, and commercial approach to legal issues. The candidate must have the ability to operate autonomously; however, they can always draw upon the skills and knowledge of the rest of the Legal team.Key Responsibilities:Negotiating and drafting customer and supplier contractsIn-house litigation management and dispute resolution assistanceContract analysis and reportingTroubleshooting legal and commercial issues to ensure speedy resolutionEnsuring relevant legislation is reviewed and contracts are updated accordinglyPolicy inception, revision, and ongoing managementAdvising on company compliance and regulatory obligationsSkills & Experience:Ideally, you will have strong practical experience across a broad spectrum of legal matters, preferably in a private practice or in-house environment.
