This position is ideally suited for someone with a can-do and customer-focused attitude who can demonstrate a proactive, pragmatic, and commercial approach to legal issues. The candidate must have the ability to operate autonomously; however, they can always draw upon the skills and knowledge of the rest of the Legal team.Key Responsibilities:Negotiating and drafting customer and supplier contractsIn-house litigation management and dispute resolution assistanceContract analysis and reportingTroubleshooting legal and commercial issues to ensure speedy resolutionEnsuring relevant legislation is reviewed and contracts are updated accordinglyPolicy inception, revision, and ongoing managementAdvising on company compliance and regulatory obligationsSkills & Experience:Ideally, you will have strong practical experience across a broad spectrum of legal matters, preferably in a private practice or in-house environment.
