Providing quoting support to business development managers as well as direct quoting to customers, if you're doing your job really well, you'll be responding quickly to requests from customers and will be providing a wide range of important support while assisting the BDMs as they transition newly acquired accounts. This role interacts with a number of internal stakeholders as well as with technical staff to ensure that all quoting requests are completed accurately, quickly and with good gross profit achieved on all jobs. By effective account management and sales support, you will be able to influence sales opportunities and the on-going financial success of this business. The perfect execution of this role will be achieved by the successful candidate being warm and engaging with their communications while being able to consistently provide accurate and timely quotes that are readily converted into valuable sales. Going the extra mile to make sure customers feel valued and understood and their problems solved is all part of this role.This job is perfect for someone who has recently completed a tertiary qualification and who is keen to develop extraordinary account management and sales skills while working with and supporting a high performing sales / business development team. Candidates who present with some work experience in sales, sales support, customer service or design will have an advantage in this recruitment process as will candidates who have previously worked in the workspace furniture or commercial interiors industries. You will need strong people, customer, relationship and problem-solving skills, and genuinely want to learn and develop your skills while working as part of a collaborative team.
