The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a recently graduated or soon-to-graduate electrical engineer with a passion for a zero-carbon future, data insights, and particularly power system engineering. In our programme, you will join a team of professionals who are committed to smart thinking as they support the management and evolution of the Aurora Energy network.
Aurora Energy's graduate programme is designed to ensure you get the most out of your first two years in the industry. Our newest graduates will rotate through various teams in our asset management, network planning, operations, and delivery teams. Alongside regular guidance and support from people leaders in each team, you'll also receive mentoring from our subject matter experts.
The role is fixed term for the duration of the two-year graduate programme, with a start date to be negotiated between November 2024 and March 2025.
About YouIf you've completed the final year of a professional engineering degree, or are about to do so, we want to hear from you.
The ideal graduate would have strong communication skills and an energetic and can-do attitude, coupled with a willingness to learn and develop in a changing and challenging industry. We're looking for people with:
