Job Title: Graduate Cover Supervisor
Location: Shropshire (working across Secondary Schools)
Salary: 85 - 100 per day (dependent on experience)

Role and Responsibilities:
Cover lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Manage classroom behavior and ensure students stay on task during lessons.
Follow the provided lesson plans and provide support to students as needed.
Build positive relationships with students and staff.
Communicate effectively with teaching staff and school leaders.
Requirements:
A degree in any discipline (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and engage with a diverse group of students.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.
Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' learning.
