THE OPPORTUNITYAre you a highly organized professional with a flair for supporting senior executives? We are seeking a Governance Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the executive team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for governance, we want to hear from you!In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing financial administration, compliance tasks, procurement, and governance support. You will ensure that our executive operations run smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and accuracy.ABOUT YOUWhat you're responsible forDirectly support the CFO with administrative tasks, reporting, procurement, compliance, and governance activities.Prepare and manage board packs, ensuring quality assurance and timely publication.Oversee various registers, including policies, complaints, and risk management.Plan and coordinate board and executive meetings, including travel and catering arrangements.Accurately take minutes during board meetings, capturing key discussions.Maintain the Board meeting calendar, action points, and follow up to ensure timely execution.Ensure compliance records are maintained, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.Collaborate with the Financial Controller to monitor the financial calendar and statutory reporting obligations.Assist in the production of key Finance documents and presentations, including quarterly and annual reports.Support procurement processes and maintain supplier contracts.Provide ad-hoc support to other executive team members as needed.Your skills & experienceProven experience supporting senior executives, preferably in finance, governance, or compliance.Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with a strong ability to analyze and visualize data.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Professional demeanor with a focus on delivering high-quality work.Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple tasks under pressure.A collaborative team player who can also work independently.A curious mindset, eager to learn and explore new possibilities.If you're a dedicated professional ready to take on a rewarding role within our organization, apply today!No agencies, please.We are not an accredited employer and can unfortunately therefore only consider applications from people with unrestricted work rights.
