About the role This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build their career in governance and compliance, to work in a senior role reporting directly to the Finance Director.
This role would suit someone driven by working in an organisation with a very clear purpose, which is to build high-quality, affordable homes that support sustainable rural communities.

Ability to work on a broad array of matters, in a role where no two days are the same
A working knowledge of data protection legislation and good practice
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A methodical approach with exceptional attention to detail.
We recognise that this is a broad role, so you will be given both formal and informal training in the role and there will be lots of opportunity to work closely with many different departments within Hastoe.
