Successful, innovative primary care organisation THINK Hauora provides innovative primary care to over 180,000 people across the MidCentral district. We have highly skilled transdisciplinary teams, strong locality networks, specialist mental health support and exceptional systems and technology. As our GM Clinical Services, you will lead a team of around 40 kaimahi, working across our clinical service. This includes direct delivery and GPT aligned teams of nurses, pharmacists and allied health staff, Maori and Pacific health, immunisations and screening programmes, as well as working closely with our communities and through our practice network. Relationships are a key part of this role including with our practices and our clinical governance committee, and with our iwi partners. You will be an essential member of our SLT with collective accountability for the wider organisation and our strategic goals.
